Banque de Luxembourg is a Gold Sponsor of the Celebrating Luxembourg campaign, which has been running throughout 2017. Organised by Maison Moderne, the campaign reached its finale with a gala evening on 1 December at Rockhal. In an opening speech, Philippe Depoorter highlighted the importance of passing on Luxembourg’s unique skills and values to future generations, who will continue to develop this heritage.
Luxembourg and Luxembourgers living abroad share a wealth of talent that extends our reputation far beyond the Grand Duchy’s borders. Throughout this year, a campaign has showcased the ‘ambassadors’ whose professional achievements, passion and commitment enhance the Luxembourg brand.
More than 900 people attended the gala evening, during which eight nominees - young and experienced - received awards in four categories: sport, culture, business and corporate.
Opening the event, Philippe Depoorter discussed the importance of the heritage that will ensure Luxembourg’s lasting international influence.
