Property prices are continuing to rise in Luxembourg, faster than in the rest of Europe. According to Statec, Luxembourg’s statistics office, they increased by nearly 5% in the third quarter of 2017 compared to the third quarter of 2016.
- Prices of period apartments were up 4.7%, at an average price of around €5,002 per sq. m.
- Prices of new apartments were up 6.1%, at an average price of around €6,316 per sq. m.
- Prices of period houses were up 4.1%, at an average price of around €649,425.
